I also love it when someone at craps or backjack suddenly bets a lot of chips on bet and BOOM!!, they lose that bet and suddenly they’re broke. I get a kick out of that.

What do you think of them when they foolishgly lose their money like like? I love it and take total pleasure in seeing it.

The games are Guess Who, Connect Four, Risk, Stratego, Life, Monopoly, Scrabble, and Triple Yahtzee. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you got any of them in the 1990s, none of them are "originals".

For a few of them, having a particularly old copy in excellent condition might be worth something. However, unless it’s one of the first printing of Monopoly from 1936, "something" probably doesn’t mean more than 10 or 15 bucks.

if you are playing in windows xp or vista in the control panel there should be controls for magnifiers for the screen so it magnifes what you mouse over im not sure if it will help on mah jong

if you ask at a computer shop or a office supply they may have a screen you can place in front of the moniter to magnify the whole screen

this is a good question. the graveyard shift is often playing against players who have won during the night shift. they are playing against their own money, not buy ins. therefore, any wins against players with no buy in are $win/$0. buy ins during graveyard are generally minimal, thus creating a high hold percentage.

another reason, not as significant, is that graveyard gamblers have nowhere else to go. therefore they stay longer and have a greater tendency to lose all their money, whereas a daytime player has an easier time to get up and go to a show, restaurant, gym, etc.

last possible reason is that graveyard gamblers tend to be more "hardcore". that is, addicted. and therefore tend to have longer gambling sessions and lose more often

Well as far as the rules go, yes it’s an easy game to learn.

There definitely is more to it than meets the eye. It’s not just a straight race, things like strength of your home board, timing, escaping with your back checkers and blocking your opponent’s checkers from escaping are all important. Also in competitive games they use a doubling cube (equivalent to a raise in poker) which adds a whole new level of strategy.
